So I bred this guy--he is the sole survivor of a spawn of like 40 that were all eaten.

For all of you fish afficionados---guess what he is? :quarantine:

**I already told Reed (who couldn't guess with any specificity beyond region), so his answer doesn't count.

Nice looking fish. It looks like an amphilophus, for sure, but a little shorter body than I would expect, so maybe has something else mixed in.

Purely speculation, but because of their desire to spawn with anything that moves, I'd guess convict.
