This book typically sells at $74.95.

For "The big fish deal" REGISTERED attendees ONLY: I am offering my book for $25.00 for anyone that RESERVES a copy with me prior to the event.
To reserve, they can email me their name and quantity to joey@thekingofDIY.com
If they do not reserve a copy, any extra copies will be sold at $30.00 on a first come first serve basis.

When we have a speaker coming and he is selling books, I buy. LOL
I do it with Ad, D i c k Au, and others.

And I feel Really BAD about not buying another one yet............Rachel, I am sorry. I still need to get yours!

My thing is that 99% of speakers don't make money by giving talks. They have regular jobs that they have to take time off of to come to our meetings or events.
So if they are selling something then I try to buy it.
Remember that I don't think the same way most people do. LOL

Speaking of books (and not to derail this thread) but we got some really generous donations from Cichlid Press for BFD raffle items.

Buy Joey's book, then buy some raffle tickets to add to your Aquarium Library!

That's a great point Pat, and especially since he's coming from Canada. It's important to support one another.
