Small Pre-Order List
(Not eligible for discounts).

Hey Folks,

If you haven't yet, please take a moment to run over to our Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/BatfishAquatics . We run a lot of specials and promos there, and we're currently running a 20% off sale via Facebook.

We're bringing in a small shipment of fishes later this week, and I've got some great ones available for pre-order. These fish are available for pick up at either the PVAS Holiday Party on the 7th in Fairfax, VA or the Capital Cichlid Association Holiday Party in Bel Air, MD. You may also pick up by other arrangement at the Batfish Warehouse in Silver Spring, MD or, of course, have the fish shipped. Shipping in the next week should be great. Don't forget our open house -- you may pick up then, as well!

All orders must be completed by Tuesday at 3 PM. I must have a 50% deposit to hold your fish for you, preferrably by PayPal. If they do not come in, or are not acceptable on arrival, you will get a full refund of your deposit.

A couple of highlights from this list... first off, let's get this out of the way. Guys, I have crabs.
Yea, those little ones that cling to everything and crawl all over.
The Thai Microcrabs are available again. These are great little crabs that fill a role in the aquarium like cherry shrimp. You won't see them very often -- they're about the size of a tick (marketing genius at work here, folks!) -- but, it is seriously awesome to see these little crustaceans crawling over the plants, between the gravel, etc. Don't put them with big fish. I've also got some fancy semi-aquatic crabs available, as well.

If you're into bigger fish, check out the Dolphin Barb. This is a big, boisterous barb that is just really, really cool. For more predatory stuff, we have a huge number of very cool Polypterus (Bichers) available.

Did you see the Batfish Booth at AquaFest a couple of months ago? I had a beautiful pair of Apisto. oregon available that went right away. They actually spawned within two days of going home. They look like an Apisto panduro, but at twice the size. Well, I have two more pairs available for pre-order. Get them now.

You'll also find some new saltwater, though pick-up is preferred for that (ideally at the PVAS meeting or that weekend).
