Help what I think is popeye !!

Hi all well my male FH got what I think is popeye a week ago. So I put him in the hospital tank with medication for 4 days but the eye didn't get much better. I read online that better water conditions would make it better so I thought maybe the hospital tank water conditions weren't too good and that maybe the cycle was putting more stress so I put him back into my main tank .. But now he wownt eat... Any ideas on how to cure the eye and the eating issue ?
Also it looks like the 2 white spots are like worts

looks like it to me, but hard to tell with your pictures. the one time I got a fish with pop eye, he didn't make it but I heard its treatable. I tried Furan 2 and something else with no luck.

Does look like popeye hard to tell with eyes, could be a wound that got targeted by some bacteria or fungus. Ive had fish recover, fish loose an eye, and fish die from eye issues. Erythromycin, ampicillin, tetracycline or any simialr broad range may work. More importantly the water quality has to be perfect. Maybe some salt or melafix before the heavy stuff.
