Depends. Usually the speaker ends around 4 and the auction ends around 5:30-6.

Yes, generally the meetings are wrapped up by around 5:30. We only have the space in the school until 6.

Speaker starts around 2:15, goes for an hour plus. After that, there is a raffle of dry good or equipment. Following that, you have the auction, ending around 5-5:30.

Doors open at 1 PM. Set up usually takes about 20 minutes and there is time for socializing prior to the "formal" program starting around 2ish.
