Is this bloat?

180 tank. all others seem fine.

this guy swims slowly but not much.
He seems to just hang around in one place.
kind of peaceful and no one bothered him before.
I now see some others chasing him.

suggestions?
isolate? treat with?

I fed them in the AM and did not check if he was eating.
No stringy white feces.

he is just hovering in one place and gets chased. He is not his usual self.

I'd isolate in a 10g. Water at 82 and epsom salt. That looks really bad imo.

I agree. I've never had much luck once they get a visibly bloated stomach.

I have had a few fish with this nasty symptom...
NONE have made a recovery. Made my husband put each one out of their misery
