Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to to say hello! I recognize a few names from MFK and have spoken with a few of the club members as well. Glad to find a local Cichlid group in the Mid-Atlantic. I'm from Baltimore and recently moved to Pasadena, MD, currently in the process of setting my tanks back up and restocking, I mainly keep CA/SA Cichlids but in the past have kept a few "oddball" species as well. I use to have quite a few set ups at once ranging from a 300 (now gone) to 20 gallons. My largest now is a 180 which is not set up yet, unfortunaltey with the move the only tank I have up so far is a 135, looking forward to setting up a few more in my new basement and getting a chance to interact with everyone.

Welcome to the forum, Chris. Come check out our meeting in Silver Spring on the 19th. There's sure to be plenty of good stuff in the auction to stock those tanks once you get them set up.

Thanks for the welcome Jon, not sure I'll be able to make the 19th as my days this month have been spent organizing and household chores since the move but would love to attend a gathering in the near future

Hey Kris - Welcome to the forum - lots of us here in the Pasadena, SevernaPark, Glen Burnie, Millersville area - all members of CCA and most all cichlid freaks (not all - just most) - lived in Pasadena off Edwin Raynor for 19 years till we moved over onto Benfield Blvd - come join the club - "Membership does have some benes" - if you can't make this meeting maybe you can make the Feb meeting.
