That was indeed my betta, and it is a Dumbo Betta. I bought him from one of my wholesalers, Segrest, who also supplied a lot of donated fish to the Catfsih Convention (he wasn't a donation!  .
He did win best among Bettas, but the Pearl Gourami beat him for best in class. It was an awesome Pearl.
The catfish after him is mine as well, and he won diddly squat. He's a yellow bullhead ... and if anyone has a tank for him, let me know.... He lives in his own 29-gallon, and I'd be willing to part with him. He will eat small fish. But he's seriously cool.
The killie at the very bottom was the Fundolopanchax that stole Best In Show among the Freshwater Fish. GORGEOUS fish.
