Hemichromis Frempongi or Elongatus I'm not pickie!

Please can a brother find some local Hemichromis Frempongi or Elongatus? I don't feal like fooling with mail order (Sounds like a hassle). I live in SW Washington DC. I can start with fry or whatever I perfer to start with young fish. To me buying adults takes the fun out of it. I have 75 gal.. Please help. I feel this is an emergancy. My 75gal. is empty.
