Saturday July 15 at 12noon there will be a Board meeting.
It is at my house.
1804 Petula Court
Forest Hill, Maryland 21050

The meeting is open to all members if you wish to attend.
I know its a long drive for most of you.

I will fire up the grill and provide burgers and dogs.

The preliminary schedule of topics include:
1 Speaker schedule to figure out

2 A budget to come up with.

3 Discuss the Hospitality room Saturday night at the Catfish convention
a What to buy,
b How much to buy.
c volunteers to man.

4 Tax standing/

5 Discuss having a show.

6 Club promotion.

7 The ACA donation, discussed last time. And due that week if we are still doing it.

8 Elections in October.

9 Treasure report,
a. in bank
b. on hand
c. outstanding bills.
d, upcoming expenditures expected.

10 Web site look/changes?

11. Review the last year. What was good, what was not.

To add to the previous, If you know you are coming, please let me know so I can make sure I pick up enough rolls. There is always plenty of bugers and dogs.
If its a last minute decision, thats fine. Just looking for a rough number.

Can I come if I promise not to eat anything? I'm not joking about coming. I think I will be more involved in the future. That's a whole different story.

BOARD MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR NOW.

Okay, after 3 "are you okay" emails, everything is fine.
There were a couple of things going on so we postponed until after the ACA.
Thanks for everyone's concern.
I should not have used red caps I guess. :P

August 19th at the Layhill location will be the next BOD meeting.
10 am if anyone is interested in attending.

I think I can make it. I leave for Canada the 19th or 20th (I think it is the 20th). Guess I really need to figure out when this vacation starts. :wacko:

:D lol......That might help..... Its bad to show at the airport late. I think it would be worse to show a day
early......
