I recently heard from Mo Devlin and he will be attending the June Meeting! Mo has some beautiful fish and I understand he will be bringing some to the meeting! He asked if anyone would be interested in 2 species in particular. He has some Amphilophus hogaboomorum and Parachromis fredrichstali "La Cieba Honduras" fry! If you have any question for or request for Mo, contact him at his website (http://aquamojo.com (http://aquamojo.com/)) or on his Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mo.devlin (http://www.facebook.com/mo.devlin)

The only problem is the man is very serious about his hobby as you can see from this photo taken at the
2008 ACA.

No. I just need to get out.

Funny part was I told the wife I need supplies. Which I really do but
Now I might just ride the Motorcycle which means I will have no room for supplies. LOL

Absolutely one of the best fish days I have had.
Pat drove up on his vintage '67 BMW...WOW!
George and MAB were there. Many ACLC/CCA/ECC folks were there.
Jersey had a nice contingent there and ACA Pres Mo Devlin not only showed but donated some really nice rare Central Americans.
There were many Presidents and former Presidents from Cichlid/Aquarium Clubs there too!
Kurt Johnston has a really nice show going on there with not only his club but his venue as well.
ECC/CCA/NJAS' very own Cheerleader Alesia, aka Blondefishgal, gave us a day we will possibly never forget.
Chuck Davis is one-of-a-kind. His brand of humor and knowledge of fishkeeping is second to none. If you get the chance to hear him speak RUN, definitely RUN to listen to him.

At the end there were 11 of us who stopped off at Miller's Smorgasbord and chowed down on plate after plate of food.

Great day...a really great day.

What a day! Without a doubt, it was an 11 on a scale of 1-10!
What made it so perfect ....

Chuck Davis .... I SO LOVE YOU! One of my all time fav people on this planet! I am SO blessed to be able to call you one of my truly Best Friends. xoxoxoxo

Kurt: Thank you for your hospitality to me and thank you to all your club members who gave me a big warm welcome! I had a GREAT time at your meeting and... I have a feeling I'll be attending more of your meetings in the future! Good folks, warm welcomes and meetings at TFP. Holy cow, how can you beat that?!!

Pat: Thanks for indulging me when you casually mentioned you came up on the bike, said you were going to hit the bathroom and head out. I heard 'bike' and immediately asked...whatcha ride? He said a 1967 BMW and I practically yelled out I WANNA SEE IT! He put his bathroom break on hold and ushered me outside so I could ooooh and aaaah over it and talk to him about it for a good 15 - 20 minutes! So thank you to you and your bladder!!!

My fellow NJAS Gang: You guys SO rock! You are all my buds. I love the club, love you guys ... and why is it whenever we walk into a place, everyone says UH OH, HERE COMES TROUBLE?! hahahaha! SOOOOO proud to be a member of the fab u lous NJAS Team!

Mo: Man, thanks for putting up with all my silliness and for never rolling your eyes at any of my requests. :jumpy: You are a class act!

The Dynamic Duo: Bill, you make me laugh so hard my cheeks hurt! It's a privilege to be the ECC Cheerleader and an honor to call you my Fearless Leader. I adore you ...ah, that is, when you are not driving me crazy and I want to strangle you! :p :p
Joseph, you were cracking me up with your comments! Easy to see the apple does not fall far from the tree!

And Lastly, a big hug and thank you to my #1 girl Paulina, :angel2: who made my day with her charm, affection, hard work being a runner, and, who was also my good luck charm! I bought 7 raffle tickets and won THREE TIMES! I let her go up and choose goodies for herself and she chose one that had in it a figurine of a blonde mermaid because she said it made her think of me. OH MAN, talk about yanking my heartstrings! Paulina, you ROCK GIRLFRIEND and you can hang with me any time xoxox And thanks "dad Paul" for letting me practically kidnap your daughter for the day.

I wish I could add something to what Bill and Alesia have said. Anyone who missed this meeting missed an historic one. All I can think of to say is WOW! We have never had that much fun at a meeting. I can still remember the look on everybody in Miller's when they called our table #!!! Tje Jersey folks rock and their enthusiasm is contagious. Everyone was great and supportive. Alesia and Pauline a special thanks to you for being runners and Bill....You are the best! Thanks for auctioneering and giving me a break. I can't wait for the Jersey Shop Hop. I hope the "Jersey Enthusiasm" rubs off on the ACLC!
